“300 miles in 24 for BCCkids.org” un evento di un nostro Facebook Illegal Friend

Oggi ci sentiamo di consigliarvi un evento dal puro spirito Ilegal, del nostro amico Facebook Hector Picard.

L’evento si chiama 300 miles in 24 for BCCkids.org ed è una gara contro se stesso di una durata di 24 ore con l’unico scopo di raccogliere fondi per l’associazione benefica.

Join Hector Picard and challenge yourself to complete your longest ride in 24 hours. This is a FREE event but donations to BCCkids.org are greatly appreciated.
This will be a 24 hour cycling challenge to benefit the Broward Children’s Center (BCCkids.org)
It will begin at 7 AM on July 12th from the Broward Children’s Center in Pompano Beach.
SAG vehicle supported with iced coolers
18 – 22 MPH pace (@ Hector Picard’s best possible)
Front and rear lights + reflective vest
5 minute breaks every hour
20 minute lunch between 1 and 2 PM.
30 minute dinner between 7 and 8 PM.
BYOFD – Bring your own food and drink. Plenty of room in the vehicle.
ROUTE- North on A1A – West on Okeechobee Blvd – North on SR 809 – NW on SR 710 (Beeline) – West on SR70 / US98 – South on US 27 – East on Pines Blvd – North on A1A – West on Dania Beach Blvd. – North on US 1 – East on 17th St. Causeway – North on A1A – West on Atlantic Blvd and back to the center.
